At thebriefsstory, we take pride in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. Each and every item goes through a thorough inspection process before it is shipped out, minimizing the margin of error.
EXCHANGE
1.Incase there is a SIZE CONCERN we are happy to exchange the size of the same product within 7 days of delivery.
To return the product back to us in the process of exchange, either the customer can ship it back to us through any reputed courier company and share the tracking ID with us, alternatively if the customer wants thebriefsstory to initiate the return, then there would be a nominal charge of Rs 100.
2.Exchange shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
3.Exchange services will only be provided once.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.However Exchange for the size concern will be initiated as per the exchange policy.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
